We rent out Barbox for weddings, private parties, corporate events, festivals, and photoshoots. Our staffing and drink packages are listed below.
Our rental cost of $600 for 3 hours (not including tax) and includes:

Delivery + Setup
Delivery, setup, breakdown (up to 30 miles from Raleigh + $1.25/mile)
Our base package comes with 3 hours rental of the unit. Every additional hour is $150 per hour.
Custom Menu Board
We will help design a beautiful sign board that features your menu, signature cocktail, or social media hashtag.
Shade Sail Canopies
Event during the day? Keep your guests comfortable with sun shades that can be installed along side our string light system.
Beer Garden Tables
We provide gorgeous beer garden tables to bring your guests together. This addon provides 6 beer garden tables and 8 benches which can seat 36-48 guests.
We provide 4 metal bistro tables and 8 lawn chairs. Additional seating can be coordinated with venue.
What better way to make your event special with a beautiful topiary of lights above you as you dance the night away.
These drink packages are not included in your Barbox rental.

Staff (full bar)
Bartender per every 50 guests with a minimum of 2 staff at all events unless otherwise approved. All staffing events are custom quoted and event dependent. We would love to help serve you!
Bar Setup Equipment:
Approximately $250 per bar. This includes coolers, ice, plastic bar ware, beverage napkins, stirrers, and bar tools. This fee may vary based on the headcount and complexity of your bar.
Required for packages containing liquor. $100 to obtain Limited Special Occasion Permit (Wake County). $150 to obtain Limited Special Occasion ABC Permit (Durham & Orange Counties). $200 to obtain a cash bar permit (available for 501(c) 3 non-profits or Political Action Committees ONLY)

Always optional and price varies based on length of service and different types of glassware needed. POUR is more than happy to coordinate and order any bar ware including delivery and pickup. Costs range but begin at $1.50 per glass.
18% (taxes, insurance, and coordination) This is not considered gratuity for the POUR staff. There will NOT be a tip jar at your event unless given permission in advance. Gratuity is greatly appreciated but always optional.
